Fees

Initial Consultation: $300 flat fee (one-time), covering a full review of your medical chart

Records over 10,000 pages: Additional $50 charge

No percentage-based fees — ever, regardless of your rating outcome

Follow-up Visits: $150 for established clients

Denial Letter Review: $50 to review and help interpret a denial
